About Mrs. Gresser - Mrs. Gresser's Class

Thank you so much for visiting our class website and for working with me to ensure that your child has a successful year in first grade.  I am very excited to be your child’s teacher!  First grade is an amazing year of academic growth for students.  I look forward to getting to know you and your child as we become partners in education.

I grew up in a small town in Southern Minnesota and graduated from Minnesota State University. I am certified to teach grades PK through 6, have my ESL (English as a Second Language) certification, and my GT (Gifted and Talented) certification. I also have my Masters in Reading. I will be starting my 12th year of teaching and have experience in 1st and 2nd grade. I have taught 1 year in Minnesota, 5 years in Aldine, and 3 years in Magnolia. I taught 2 years at Wildwood Elementary in Tomball and this will be my first year at Creekview. I’m excited to continue my teaching career in Tomball ISD and be a part of the Creekview family!

I have a daughter, Sofie, who is 8 years old and will be in third grade at Creekview. I also have three cats, Ellie, Ginger and Callie and a bearded dragon, who will be a part of our classroom, named Dewey. We live in the Tomball community and I love how everyone makes you feel like family! I know the 2020-2021 school year has amazing things in store for us! There will be lots of firsts for us and please know we’re all in it together! Thank you in advance for allowing me to be such a huge part of your child's life. I can't wait to meet them!
