Bianca Shaughnessy, Ed.D.

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to rejoin #TeamTomball as the Principal at Creekview Elementary.  Having previously served as an elementary principal, I enjoyed watching both the learning and growth of students during their elementary years.  Watching students enter as kindergarteners and leave as future middle schoolers is extremely fulfilling. As educators at the elementary level, we play a critical role in building the foundation for all future learners.  It is exciting to be part of Creekview’s Vision of "Promising GREAT learning for ALL!"

Prior to joining Creekview Elementary, I taught at the elementary level in Kindergarten and 3rd Grade.  I then served as an elementary assistant principal for three years before I became an elementary principal and served in that role for four years.  I joined Tomball ISD in 2017 as the Principal at Tomball Intermediate where I was a proud cougar for two years.  Most recently I was the Interim Principal at Wildwood Elementary.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and my Master’s degree in Educational Management and a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

My husband, Brandon, and I have two children, Bryan (5 years old) and Brooklyn (3 years old).  We enjoy watching sports, being active, and spending time together as a family.

The Creekview community is truly one of a kind!  I am looking forward to building relationships with the students, parents, teachers, and staff.  The level of involvement from the community is absolutely phenomenal, and without a doubt, attributes to the high levels of success at Creekview.
